Cancellation policy:
We charge a deposit of 25% of the booking to reserve you an apartment and the balance is due either 14 days before your arrival or it can be paid iin cash (sterling or euros only) upon arrival at your apartment. All deposits are non refundable after your booking has been confirmed by us although this ruling may not necessarily be applied in exceptional circumstances. If the balance has been paid prior to departure and you cancel then we will refund this to you in full. We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover you for cancellations beyond your control.
