A most excellent apartment in the heart of Budapest city centre, opposite the St Stephens Basilica. This apartment has been modernised to a very high standard, is very light and bright overlooking the street. The lounge has 2 red leather sofas and a flat screen TV. There are two double bedrooms, one has an entrance from the living room and the other is entered from the large bright, modern and fully equipped kitchen diner. There are 2 bathrooms, one with bath, shower, hand basin and wc, the other with shower, hand basin and wc.
Situated in an original Hungarian building with high ceilings and large street facing windows, this 1st floor apartment in the heart of Budapest city, surrounded by buildings of historic interest with many bars and restaurants. Lazar utca is just off Bajcsy Zsilinszky with its many excellent restaurants and very close to the magnificent Andrassy Street, with its famous Opera House. The historic yellow metro station is just a few minutes walk away, where trains pull in every few minutes to take you to all other parts of the city.

Lazar is just off Bajzcy Zsilinszky, close to Andrassy Boulevard and St Stephens Basilica. There are two metro stations, the yellow and the blue line close by.

Points of Interests
Vacate and enter the apartment at a time to suit you. If we have another booking on the same day leave your bags in the apartment, whilst it is prepared for the next guests.
We supply you with towels but please bring your own for the Spa Baths.
If you require extra towels or bed linen, please request these at the time of booking as these are charged for.
Two sets of keys are provided for each apartment. If you require more sets, please let us know at the time of booking. |

| Booking Cancellation Policy |

| We charge a deposit of 25% of the booking to reserve you an apartment and the balance is due either 14 days before your arrival or it can be paid iin cash (sterling or euros only) upon arrival at your apartment. All deposits are non refundable after your booking has been confirmed by us although this ruling may not necessarily be applied in exceptional circumstances. If the balance has been paid prior to departure and you cancel then we will refund this to you in full. We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover you for cancellations beyond your control.
