Laz Szalay is situated in the same building as Jewel Szalay and the location is probably the best you will find anywhere in Budapest and both apartments have a magnificent view of the Houses of Parliament. It is next door to Jewel Szalay, so if you are looking for 2 apartments close together, these are the two you should consider.
This is a fabulous apartment with high ceilings and large windows. It is furnished and decorated in a modern style and is very light and bright. You will find a compact but fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with shower and wc. It has one double bedroom, a large double sofa bed in the lounge, a beautiful dining room with table to seat 6, there is also 2 small single sofa beds in the dining room which make perfect beds for 2 children.

If you are a large party and would like 2 apartments in this buidling, chose Laz Szalay and Jewel Szalay.
We supply you with a welcoming cup of tea or coffee on arrival, biscuits and a bowl of sweets.
Vacate and enter the apartment at a time to suit you.
We supply you with towels but please bring your own for the Spa Baths.
If you require extra towels or bed linen, please request this at the time of booking. Extra towels are charged at 10 euros per set and extra bed linen is charged at 20 euros per set.
Two sets of keys are provided for each apartment. If you require more sets, please let us know at the time of booking. Lost keys are charged at 60 euros, to cover the cost of replacing one of the locks and having keys cut, so please do not lose them.
If we have another booking on the same day leave your bags in the apartment, whilst it is prepared for the next guests. |

| Booking Cancellation Policy |

| We charge a deposit of 25% of the booking to reserve you an apartment and the balance is due either 14 days before your arrival or it can be paid iin cash (sterling or euros only) upon arrival at your apartment. All deposits are non refundable after your booking has been confirmed by us although this ruling may not necessarily be applied in exceptional circumstances. If the balance has been paid prior to departure and you cancel then we will refund this to you in full. We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover you for cancellations beyond your control.
