District V I - Joaki Ter is just a few minutes walk from the Beautiful Tree lined Andrassy Boulavard. ---
2 bedrooms, one double, one twin and sofa bed in the living room. Close to the Andrassy Boulevard, the Oktogon and the famous Liszt Ference Ter.
Apartment Joaki is situated on the ground floor in a quiet courtyard and although being very central is an escape from the hustle and bustle of the City. It is just off the beautiful tree line Andrassy Boulavard. This apartment is situated in an old Hungarian property but is modern, comfortable and fully equipped.
It has all amenities with a fully equipped fitted kitchen diner, a comfortable lounge, a modern bathroom with shower, and 2 gallery style bedroom, one above the kitchen and the other above the living room. The ceilings are high and there are ample wardrobe and cupboard space. |

Points of Interests
Vacate and enter the apartment at a time to suit you.
If we have another booking on the same day leave your bags in the apartment, whilst it is prepared for the next guests.
We supply you with towels but please bring your own for the Spa Baths.
If you require extra towels or bed linen, please request this at the time of booking. Extra towels are charged at 10 euros per set and extra bed linen is charged at 20 euros per set.
Two sets of keys are provided for each apartment. If you require more sets, please let us know at the time of booking. Lost keys are charged at 100 euros, to cover the cost of replacing one of the locks and having keys cut, so please do not lose them. |

| Booking Cancellation Policy |

| We charge a deposit of 25% of the booking to reserve you an apartment and the balance is due either 14 days before your arrival or it can be paid iin cash (sterling or euros only) upon arrival at your apartment. All deposits are non refundable after your booking has been confirmed by us although this ruling may not necessarily be applied in exceptional circumstances. If the balance has been paid prior to departure and you cancel then we will refund this to you in full. We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover you for cancellations beyond your control.
